Rules and Guidelines 📜💖

💌Content💌💘Both NSFW and SFW content are allowed, but not dead dove. Since the lines between Dead Dove and NSFW blur quite a lot, if you have any doubts on what is considered Dead Dove and if it will be appropriate to request/write, you can ask one of the mods about it.💘Use of generative AI is not allowed for the event!💘Please refrain from leaving hints or revealing who your giftee is before gifting period (February 14, 2026)!💘Questions for your giftee may be relayed through the mods on Discord.💌Gifts💌💘Minimum requirements for gifts are as follows; for writers, 2k words. For artists, a grayscale/flat colored artwork featuring both Zoro and Sanji.💘Gift must honor at least one of the prompts submitted by your giftee, and must completely comply with your giftee’s Do Not Want (DNW) list.💘Please make sure you have the time, capacity, and willingness to join the exchange. Remember that this event focus on giving rather than receiving!💌Check-Ins💌💘There will be two check-ins to be completed for the exchange (on December 7 & February 7—please see the event schedule for more details). Participants are required to fulfill the check-ins. Failure to complete the check in without notice will be taken as a notice of dropping and the mods will begin to look for a pinch hitter for your giftee.💘If you need more time, please don’t hesitate to ask the mods for an extension!💘Failure to notify a mod before dropping will lead to you being banned from future events conducted by the mods.💌Sign-ups💌💘Before you sign up, please make sure you have: a discord account, and AT LEAST ONE of the social medias that the event is hosted on (twitter, tumblr, and bluesky). FAQ 🤔💖

1. Can someone who isn't an established content creator within the fandom join? Is this event only for mutuals who already know each other?
This is not an event exclusive for mutuals! Anyone and everyone are encouraged to join!2.What are the minimum requirements?
Minimum requirement for writers: 2k words. All fics must be completed by the deadline, including multichapter fics.
Minimum requirement for artists: At least one (1) grayscale/flat colored artwork image that features both Zoro and Sanji. Two (2) will be accepted if they're on separate images.3. Will both NSFW and SFW be allowed?
Yes!4. Can we include other ships as long as ZS is the focus of the gift?
As long as the work if focused/mainly based on zs, sure, you can go right ahead and add any background ships you want.5. Will this event be fixed? Or is switch content allowed?
Any variation of the romantic relationship between Zoro and Sanji (zosan, sanzo, zosanzo) will be allowed.6. Is Dead Dove allowed?
Dead Dove content will not be allowed in the exchange. Since the lines between Dead Dove and NSFW blur quite a lot, if you have any doubts on what is considered Dead Dove and if it will be appropriate to request/write, you can ask one of the mods about it.7. Is omegaverse allowed?
Yes, omegaverse content is allowed, as long as it has been specifically requested for.8. Are artist participants allowed to gift animation?
Yes, absolutely! The minimum requirement for artists is as mentioned above, but if you want to go above and beyond, you are welcome to do so.9. Will the mods be available to help vet ideas or give feedback on WIPs?
The mods will be happy to help in any way they can, so yes :) You can reach out to the respective art and writing mod if you need any help/assistance with your work.10. Are participants allowed to do both art and writing?
Participants will be asked to choose one type of media (art or writing) they will be willing to create. If you want to do both art and writing for your giftee, you can go ahead, but you will be signing up for one role only.11. Can we forward gifts directly to our giftees during gifting period? Or do we need to post on social media?
The contributors are expected to post their finished gifts in at least one social media (tumblr, twitter, or bluesky) and/or AO3, so that everyone is able to partake on the joy of creating.12. How are gifters and giftees going to be paired up?
Google forms for the event sign-up will soon be released. The match-ups will be based on that.13. Can someone who doesn't draw well join?
The level of skill one has does not matter at all; After all, the main objective of this event is to share our creations, celebrate zosan, and have fun together. Anyone interested are welcome to join!14. I noticed that that there is an 18+ on the event page's bio. Are minors not allowed to join the event?
Unfortunately, this event does not allow minors to join.
